eCom gives IBM a business process push

Local business process management provider eCom is helping IBM reach more customers in Australia and New Zealand with the vendor’s FileNet software.

eCom is a IBM business partner. FileNet integrates business process management and enterprise content management. It is targeted at industries such as banking, government, insurance and financial services.

eCom managing director Aaron Cornelius says the partnership will focus on delivering offerings to any company that is serious about process improvement.

"Everbody is talking about process improvement, however there's only so far you can go without specialised tools and expertise."

IBM NZ software group manager Phil Patton says eCom’s approach to implementing FileNet such as including Software as a Service makes it an important business partner for IBM.
