Slideshow: Richie McCaw kicks off Windows 7 launch

An early morning start still drew the crowds for Microsoft and HP’s launch of the Windows 7 operating system in Auckland.

People had the chance to win HP and Microsoft technology worth more than $15,000. All Black Richie McCaw lent his suport to the event. A Pavilion dv7 notebook signed by the rugby player is getting auctioned on TradeMe. Proceeds will go to the Lifeline charity.
