EPiServer unveils ANZ office

Swedish content management system company EPiServer has opened an office in Sydney to better serve its local customers. It provides platforms for web content management and online social communities.

EPiServer ANZ country manager Andreas Stjenstrom says the establishment of a direct presence has long been a critical step in its global expansion strategy.

The company works with local business partner Intergen to sell software licences.

"Through partners like Intergen, we have already achieved impressive uptake in New Zealand but we still have some aggressive growth plans in place. To help achieve them we have adopted a 100 percent partner driven sales model, and one of our most immediate priorities will be to expand our valuable partner ecosystem by a significant number."

The company recently sold its 5000th software licence to Sport and Recreation New Zealand. It has been deployed by several financial companies including AXA, AMI and AMP.
