Campus cabling in NZDF’s sights

The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) is after a contractor to install and test a network of copper and fibre cables that will provide the backbone for communications services to the Ohakea air force base.

The systems are required to connect a new PABX building to the existing network and to new building that are being constructed on the base.

All contractors who respond to the registration of interest will than be invited to respond to a pre-qualification request (PQR). This will be used to establish a shortlist.

The deadline for replies is Friday, November 13. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 27815.
