Symantec has made changes to its SMB and endpoint management specialisations programme for channel partners in Asia Pacific and Japan.
According to the vendor, these specialisations are designed to recognise and reward the expertise of partners in the SMB and endpoint management markets to help them stay competitive and grow revenue. The benefits include rebates, technical support, additional training resources, an exclusive listing on the Symantec partner locator and access to a range of other resources. Symantec’s vice president for Channels and SMB, Asia Pacific and Japan, David Dzienciol says that with the growing competition in the market, channel partners want the opportunity to differentiate their solutions and services through specialised skills, experience and knowledge in specific business and technology segments. "These two specialisations form a core part of our commitment to develop programmes that will drive the success of our channel partners, recognising their commitment to selling Symantec solutions, and enabling them to leverage and continue to grow in their areas of expertise.”
