Auditor-General considers learning management system

The Auditor-General’s office in Wellington is looking to implement a learning management system (LMS) and learning content management system (LCMS).

The plan is to extend training resources, reduce training costs, capture and monitor staff progress, enable a database of staff skills and assist in staff performance management.

LMS is a software application that automates the administration, documentation, tracking and reporting of training events and the LCMS is a related technology that focuses on the development, management and publishing of the content delivered via the LMS.

The deadline for replies is Monday, November 30. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 27943.
