CRM specialists join forces

Fusion5, which provides ERP, CRM and human resource management system services in New Zealand and Australia, has acquired Savio Solutions, which offers Frontrange Goldmine, Pivotal and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.

Fusion5 has offices on both sides of the Tasman and the combined organisation will have nearly 90 staff in Australia and New Zealand, with more than 200 customers in New Zealand.

"Savio and Fusion5 strongly believe that CRM is a key strategy for business success," says Fusion5 CRM Solutions director Sven Martin.

Fusion5 managing director Rebecca Tohill says it is delighted to have Savio staff on board at Fusion5. "Our CRM methodologies are similar and our business focused approach to CRM solutions means we can add real bottom line value to our customer’s business," says Tohill.

Frontrange's Asia Pacific vice president John O'Brien came out in support of the acquisition, citing his company's "long and successful relationship" with Savio Solutions.

"We are delighted to see Savio merge with Fusion5, and we are providing our full support to Fusion5 as it extends it range of services to our existing customer base and drive new sales opportunities," says O'Brien.
