The healthalliance, Waitemata and Counties Manukau District Health Boards are seeking an enterprise class VoIP supplier. The boards want to consolidate multiple PABX systems.
Due to the size of the current set up, there will be a transitional period where the current PABX is maintained in parallel with the VoIP system.
The offering must include voicemail functions, call centre capability and the ability for future unified communications functions such as conferencing.
