The Ministry of Health plans to appoint a panel of suppliers to assist with shared services such as database management.
The request for proposal (RFP) will allow the Ministry to enter into individual contracts. For each piece of work, the Ministry expects to enter into negotiations with one or more panel members before awarding the work. It may also decide to approach other suppliers not on the panel.
According to the RFP, the work required by the shared services board is still being developed and will continue to evolve over the next three to six months.
The deadline for replies is Monday, December 21. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 28290.
