NSC Group renews Genesys partnership

Integrator NSC Group, which crossed the Tasman earlier this year, has re-established its relationship with contact centre-specialist vendor Genesys Laboratories. It is now a Genesys Premier Interacts partner for Australia and New Zealand.

NSC Group has also appointed former Genesys Laboratories trans-Tasman channel manager Gary Howes as business development manager in its contact centre practice.

NSC Group managing director Craig Neil says many of its managed services customers were already using Genesys technology in their contact centres, so becoming a certified Genesys partner was a logical step.

As well as Howes, NSC has another staff member trained in Genesys technology, and is in the process of hiring a third.

NSC Group became a Genesys partner in 2003 but ended the agreement the following year, according to Australia media reports. Genesys is owned by telecommunications giant Alcatel Lucent.
