MIT upgrades AV equipment

The Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) is tendering for an audio visual equipment supplier.

The equipment includes data projectors, speakers, DVD players, control systems and an AV desk.

At this stage 50 classrooms will have AV systems installed and in the future 270 classrooms are to be upgraded.

MIT needs a supplier who can provide the lowest cost AV equipment and support services. A request for proposal will be issued next year.

The deadline for replies is Friday, January 22, 2010. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 28413.
