Queenstown council seeks web services

Queenstown Lakes District Council wants to improve transport options for travellers through an online route planning and travel tool.

It is looking for a professional service provider who can provide web based options relating to walking, cycling and public transport.

The offering will enable users to obtain a detailed itinerary about their requested journey as maps with directions, choices based on time of arrival, journey time, distance and difficulty of the route. The itineraries will be available in print, email and mobile phone form.

The deadline for replies is Wednesday, March 3.
