MED hunts business portal partner

In order to support small and medium sized businesses, The Ministry of Economic Development (MED) has plans to improve the business.govt.nz web portal.

The portal is aimed at SME operators and those who advise. It is currently used as a gateway to government and private sector business information, news and services.

According to tender documents, MED wants the portal to be a more valuable resource with information to enable people to perform transactions with the government.

It is looking to partner with a team who can help it create the content and managing aspects of the portal. The partner will also have to promote the business portal and generate traffic.

The deadline for replies is Monday, February 22.
