The Alcohol Advisory Council of New Zealand (ALAC) is after a content management system to keep a record of all contacts and history.
The system must be easy to use, store, retrieve and maintain contact details. It must also be accessible by all staff whether in the office or working remotely.
The CMS will need to run on a virtualised platform and integrate with Microsoft Exchange 2007.
ALAC also requires the system to link to an electronic document and records management site. The deadline for replies is Friday, March 26.
