Internal Affairs issues PC, desktop notice

The Department of Internal Affairs has put out an advance notice for an all of government supply of desktop and notebook computers

A request for proposal will be issued on Monday, March 8. Successful suppliers will provide a range of desktop and notebook computers to government agencies nation wide.

Respondents will have the opportunity to bid for one or more of three product lots including desktops, laptops/notebooks and tablet notebooks. Each lot comprises a range of devices with upgrade and peripheral options.

Government agencies are required to transition from existing to new contracts from July 1.

A supplier briefing will be held in Wellington on Friday, March 12.
