Sitecore on partner recruitment drive

.NET web content management system (CMS) software provider Sitecore is looking for 11 new partners after opening a local sales office in Wellington.

Sitecore ANZ managing director Philipp Heltewig says it wants to appoint the new partners over the next 12 months.

“We want to add large system integrators and digital marketing agencies.”

He also says Sitecore has an existing global partner programme in place. In addition to monetary incentives in the form of discounts on Sitecore software, Sitecore partners can draw on a number of pre- and post-sales resources, ranging from access to the partner network to access to Sitecore’s support infrastructure after the sale.

“These incentives enable our partners to deliver winning pitches and ensure successful project implementation for our customers.”

Business development manager Dan Buckley has been appointed to lead the Wellington office. He is interviewing for the company’s first local pre sales solution architect.

“This means on-the-ground support for our partners – from end user demonstrations and collaboration on new business pitches, to training and technical support,” says Heltewig

“It is exciting to establish our presence in New Zealand and create new jobs in the local IT economy. We already hold successful relationships with New Zealand customers and partners and we will continue to build on these achievements.”
