Vendors are sought by The Department of Labour (DOL) to provide an up to date enterprise wide telephony system including voice processing applications. The system will provide the basis for communications across the department over the next decade.
DOL has recently rolled out an Aastra MX-One telephony system for the workplace and workforce call centres, on-shore and off-shore border security and the Immigration Advisers Authority.
It now intends to update the telephony, messaging and collaboration systems across the rest of the enterprise.
Only vendors who can demonstrate that they have the experience and resources to implement and support this system on an ongoing basis should respond.
