Konica Minolta launches partner programme

Konica Minolta has released a new scheme for IT dealers and resellers, the Platinum Partner Programme, to reward partners for laser printer sales and provide sales and marketing support. The programme’s benefits include rebates of up to nine percent when sales targets are achieved, along with access to the MyKonicaMinolta online portal and resources, the company’s website says. They also include a discount of up to 50 percent on demonstration printers, sales and product training, marketing collateral and tools, dedicated partner managers, assistance with lead generation and invitations to corporate events. “As part of our strategy to expand the presence of Konica Minolta in the IT channel we have been looking at how we can best support and reward these pivotal partners,” says IT channel sales manager David Vogt. “We believe that the comprehensive range of benefits offered will help us to attract and retain the best partners in the industry.” The programme has offers four levels of membership, with benefits scaled according to the volume of sales achieved, the company says. The entry level is Pioneer Partner, with Prestige Partner being the top tier.
