Brocade has introduced new measures to encourage partners to sell into particular vertical markets, and to help those working with customers migrating to its newer switching products.
The vertical-focused programme is Asia Pacific wide and includes deal registration and marketing resources. It is focused on particular markets – healthcare, the public sector, higher education and digital entertainment.
The networking initiative provides rebates for partners providing customers with FCX Series switches and 10 Gb Ethernet switches.
Brocade introduced its Alliance Partner Network (APN) a year ago, and has since refreshed the MyBrocade online portal with more access to partner programme information, marketing and tracking tools. It now features the ability to customise pages for particular partner information requirements and a “Community” section for information sharing among partners.
