DOL seeks application support services

The Department of Labour is looking for a vendor to provide application support services for its Insite work management.

Insite is an offering of tools, practices and information and spans the various specialist areas within the workplace group. It is a system for capturing and using information.

It is used by a large number of workplace service delivery staff as the tool used in case and client management, information exchange, and recording and reporting of service activity. There are 500 active users.

The vendor will need to provide application support from July 1 for one year with two rights of renewal of 12 months.

The deadline for replies is Thursday, June 10.
