AVG encourages resellers to `make the match'

AVG (AU/NZ), the trans-Tasman distributor for security company AVG, is aiming to help its resellers increase penetration into the SMB market with a new rewards promotion called Make the Match.

When a business customer buys Internet Security Business Edition software for their network workstations and servers, AVG (AU/NZ) will provide a free copy of its Internet Security suite for use at home by every employee. The promotion runs until the end of July.

AVG (AU/NZ) corporate sales director Michael Dowling says it is a great offer to help resellers market to new SMB customers.

“Resellers will also have the opportunity to sell AVG renewals to an extended customer base of home users in 12 months’ time.”

The free matching employee software offer is redeemable by the customer from the AVG (AU/NZ) website.
