Telarus passes savings to partners

Telarus says prices on its copper and fibre-based Ethernet services, which are now available to its Solutions And Wholesale partners, are more competitive after Telecom dropped the rates for its High Speed Network Service (HSNS).

Telarus has its own trans-Tasman multi-protocol label switching network, which it uses as a platform for a range of managed services available for partners to rebadge. These include Managed Firewall and Virtual Server.

“Telecom has refreshed its pricing for HSNS in light of an increasingly competitive market and Telarus is passing on the full benefits of these changes to partners to assist them in maximising their sales,” says Telarus CEO Jules Rumsey. He says the HSNS Lite copper-based service offers opportunity for partners because of the new pricing, expanding network coverage and deployment times that are said to be faster than fibre-based Ethernet.

Telarus has already signed local partners MHA and Unleash and is in talks with other potential partners.
