Cackle signs disty deal with Konftel

In order to offer its resellers a wider range of products, telecommunications company Cackle has begun distributing Konftel conference telephones.

Director Brent Mitchell says the company is the exclusive distributor as of Tuesday, June 15. He adds that its current resellers have been looking for Cackle to supply a wider range of products for some time.

”We have been in business for five years and wanted to ensure we didn’t spread ourselves to thinly across a wide range of products before the correct structure was put into place. Cackle will be working with its current distribution channel, and looks forward to talking with other interested parties, to promote the Konftel brand to the local market.”

Mitchell says it doesn’t have a specific number of resellers that it wants to recruit.

“Konftel offers resellers healthy margins. We can partner with our resellers and do the demonstration with them.”

Konftel sales director Jeff May says it recognise the need to have a national outlet in New Zealand that can serve the entire country with a network of resellers and service centres.

“With their established channels and customer base they are an ideal company to launch the new Konftel products through”, he says.
