MSD hunts ServiceLink partner

The Ministry of Social Development is looking for a partner to help create a multi-channel service platform providing New Zealanders with access to services from a range of government agencies.

The project has a working name of ServiceLink. The aim of the project is to create a personalised customer account that allows customers to access information, services and transact business across a range of government agencies.

According to tender documents, ServiceLink will reduce the duplications of service channels and standardise service delivery process.

The deadline for replies is Tuesday, July 6.
