Watchguard Technologies is introducing two new initiatives for partners - including the Elite programme which rewards top-performing partners in the ANZ region with overseas travel.
The other programme, to be launched next month, is Security Pays, which provides channel sales staff with a Watchguard-branded credit card that can be loaded with credit for registered sales and promotions.
The company says it has had its most successful quarter on record in New Zealand with revenue growth of nearly 80 percent in the second quarter of 2010 over the corresponding quarter last year.
“So far, 2010 has been a great year for WatchGuard ANZ not only in terms of revenue growth but also in market recognition for our product offering,” says Scott Robertson, ANZ regional Director for WatchGuard. “Our new channel programmes complement the changes we introduced last year, including try before you buy, front end rebates and deal registration.”
Under the Elite 2010 programme, resellers have the chance to secure a trip to Bali in October. The scheme is divided into six categories, including 14 holiday packages in two regions (Northern, which comprises New Zealand and four Australian states), and Southern which includes the remaining Australian states. Awards for each region will be announced in early October.
