The New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) in Palmerston North is upgrading to the payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS).
The PCI DSS was implemented by banks to prevent electronic transaction fraud.
NZTA has recently undergone an audit and is looking for an offering to prevent the storage of customers' card verification code and primary account number as part of its contact centre call recording process.
The contact centre is a unit within the NZTA and answers approximately 160,000 calls and responds to 8000 written queries per month.
The deadline for replies is Monday, August 23.
