Revenue holds steady at Ingram Micro

Distributor Ingram Micro has posted a slight year on year revenue increase from $578 million to $582 million for the year ending last December.

Companies Office records state that its gross profit was down slightly from $51 million to $49.9 million.

The bottom line decreased from just under $16 million to $12.4 million.

During 2008 the distributor’s gross profit increased year on year for the period, up 14 percent to $51 million.

In February, Ingram Micro recorded a 16 percent increase in quarter on quarter sales in the Asia Pacific region for the fourth quarter of 2009, reaching US$1.72 billion.

Reseller News has not yet gained comment from Ingram Micro in New Zealand.
