A request for proposal (RFP) to provide ICT offerings for immigration services will be issued by the Department of Labour in three months time.

It wants a supplier who can refurbish the current systems and provide bespoke software development.

The supplier will be supporting a global immigration service which can support end to end immigration service delivery and management. They will also need to provide online services for clients and third parties.
