Kaseya to open local support centre

Systems management software vendor Kaseya is in the process of developing two global customer service and support centres to be located in Auckland and Dublin, Ireland.

According to the vendor, the centres will provide a first response to all inquiries ranging from product support to customer services.

The centres will complement existing offices in the US, UK and Australia and are to be opened in Q4.

The company is also developing an online site called Kaseya Connections. This is designed to provide product information, customer networking opportunities and peer-to-peer collaboration.

Kaseya COO Tim McMullen says its customer service and support team is the frontline for all aspects of its business.
