Microsoft makes key services, marketing appointments

Microsoft has recruited Donna Wright as services director and Frazer Scott as business, marketing and operations director, effective mid October.

Wright will oversee all activity relating to the local services business, including consulting services. Scott will head the subsidiary's product and customer marketing team. He has been promoted from his current role as acting ANZ marketing director for XBox and PC.

Wright is the former chief information officer for Coca-Cola Amatil in New Zealand. She has also been corporate solutions manager at AIr New Zealand and business systems manager for Ansett Australia.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Scott was a New Zealand sales manager for Sony.
