Concerto Networks has launched rebranded managed service plans known as Simple Office Support.
Managing director and master franchise owner Justin Worsley says the company has previously offered managed services, but hasn’t promoted them under a particular brand.
The services fall under two levels – Standard and Enhanced, charged according to fixed monthly rates. The Enhanced offering includes proactive IT support to ensure systems don’t break down, management of most network-connected devices, security services and backup, while the Standard offering doesn’t include backup or server and desktop rebuilds, says Worsley.
The services are pitched mainly at companies with fewer than 50 seats, he says, adding there has been good uptake nationally.
They are designed to be offered by Concerto Networks franchisees, with Worsley saying it is an advantage that franchisees can tap into the company’s back-end systems and prebuilt managed services – something he claims smaller IT companies haven’t traditionally invested in.
