Point Alliance seeks local resellers

Canadian-headquartered IT services and consultancy provider Point Alliance is looking for local partners with skills in IBM’s Lotus Domino technology.

The company specialises in collaborative web and wireless offerings and provides IBM’s Launchpad for Web Domino Edition (for web content management) and Mobile Domino for Blackberry.

It only has offices in Canada, but is seeking resellers globally, says chief information officer John Zarei.

“There are no satellite offices and we don’t have any partners in New Zealand, but we are searching to find potential resellers,” says Zarei. “Depending on the size of the partner or reseller, [we are seeking] perhaps up to five [companies] and they need to have a knowledge of IBM Domino.”

Zarei says Point Alliance offers resellers a simple compensation model, whereby they get 33 percent of the licence revenue for passing leads and contact information to the company. Singler server and enterprise licences are offered for Launchpad for Web, and enterprise licences are offered for Mobile Domino for Blackberry.

The company is offering web demonstrations for interested local resellers.
