Marson departs Vantex/Ingram

The general manager of Ingram Micro’s Vantex division, Steve Marson, is leaving the distributor today to consider other employment opportunities.

Marson’s departure closely follows that of Vantex’s senior business manager Eric Ryda, who resigned in July and has since started his own consulting group Mantis Endeavour.

Marson says he expects there will be announcements next week about his replacement, adding there is restructuring taking place at Ingram Micro.

Reseller News has not yet been able to get comment from the company.
