Nicholson steps up to Apac role with Sophos

Security vendor Sophos has promoted former ANZ channel sales manager Zoe Nicholson to the equivalent role for the Asia Pacific-wide region. She will continue to recruit, develop and manage the vendor’s partner network, the company say. “My focus is on increasing the value and gross margin capabilities of Sophos’s partner programme to resellers across Asia Pacific,” says Nicholson. She joined Sophos’ UK headquarters in 2000 and moved to its Australian subsidiary in 2004. She has also previously held senior roles at Psion Teklogix and Research Machines in the UK. Sophos has also added four Australian-based staff – southern region channel sales executive Tom Castell, Western Australia business development manager Shayne Cooper, ACT business development manager Ed Garnett and Queensland acount executive Andrew Crawford-Flett.
