Datastor recruiting after Kibblewhite departs

Datastor is on the hunt for a product marketer, a vendor/partner manager and possibly a further two staff. The planned recruitment follows the departure of general manager of vendor and product marketing Hamish Kibblewhite.

Datastor CEO Dave Rosenberg says the product marketer and vendor/partner manager will both work across the entire business, and the business development managers who reported to Kibblewhite are reporting to Rosenberg while the company assesses its recruitment strategy.

“When someone leaves you take the opportunity to take stock, but we are definitely looking to invest more in the business.”

Part of the distributor’s focus will be on bringing its vendor business and its customer business closer together, he says.

Reseller News has been unable to contact Kibblewhite for comment.
