Dillon to lead Clickfree in ANZ

Canada-based storage vendor, Clickfree, has hired Scott Dillon to head up its Australian operations. Dillon previously spent three years at Seagate running its retail business for Australia and also spent 10 years at Iomega. Dillon says Clickfree is looking to engage with resellers in the New Year, which focus on the small business and Soho market. “One of the aspects of this product that we’re very protective of is the price point, to maintain the margin,” Dillon says. “The exciting thing for the channel is that it’s effortless backup and there’s margin in selling the product.” Synnex distributes Clickfree products in Australia and New Zealand.
