Prentice to trade Renaissance for Cyclone

Education channel veteran Graham Prentice will take up a new role with Cyclone Computers before Christmas.

Prentice has spent the past 16 years at Renaissance, most recently as general manager of education and before that as national education manager for the Apple division.

Cyclone sales director Noel Jack says Prentice will be the sixth member of his company’s Apple division, established two months ago, becoming general manager of the division. He is expected to start with Cyclone in about three weeks.

The other five division members were recruited at the time after working for Renaissance.

Jack says Prentice will focus on the K12 education market.

Cyclone recently achieved authorisation as an Apple authorised education reseller.
