SAP appoints Passage Software, Enabling

Passage Software and Enabling New Zealand have become SAP Business One partners.

SAP says Enabilng is its first trans-Tasman business partner for Business One, its core application that includes financials, sales, CRM, inventory and operations.

“We’ve been offering SAP Business One in Australia for about three years, and the time is right to roll it out to our New Zealand clients because it fits so nicely with our focus on SME,” says Awie van den Berg, Enabling’s business development director.

“We like that it offers features and functions out of the box rather than a modular solution.”

SAP’s local managing director Graeme Riley also pointed to Business One’s suitability for the local market, which is dominated by small and medium businesses.

“As a single, integrated business management application for small businesses, SAP Business One eliminates the need for separate installations and complex integration of multiple modules,” he says.

Passage Software is offering clients full implementation services including consulting and data conversion and can host the application in house. It already has its first Business One customer, a furniture group.
