Unified communications specialist Zeacom has appointed Samuel Williams as vice president of business development as part of the company’s international expansion strategy.
In his previous role as managing director for Zeacom in Europe, the company says Williams grew sales and operations for Zeacom there, developing relationships and channels in the UK, European and the Middle East. He was previously based in the US for several years.
Williams says Zeacom's products allow resellers and manufacturers to differentiate themselves in the unified communications market and provide an architecture that works across platforms.
Zeacom CEO Miles Valentine says the creation of the new roles proves the company wants to gain ground in growth markets. "The changes in vertical and horizontal markets presents opportunities for Zeacom, and Samuel ... has the ability to take the company to the next strategic level.”
