Storagecraft set to hire as partnerships climb

Storagecraft is set to add two more local staff to support country lead Dean Fletcher in the coming months.

The plans follow what regional vice president Greg Wyman says was a phenomenal year for the company in 2010. He says trans-Tasman partner numbers grew more than 50 percent year on year to reach 1,971.

Storagecraft has made it simple for partners to work with the company, and it works closely with local distributors Soft Solutions and Datastor to get resellers interested in its offerings, says Wyman.

He adds Storagecraft expects to recruit a reseller account manager in New Zealand by June and to subsequently add a technical staff member here.

The company says its ANZ customer base grew almost 50 per cent last year to over 30,000 while it added 154 new partners in the fourth quarter of last year.
