Juniper appoints new VP

US based infrastructure specialist Juniper Networks has appointed Mark Iles as vice president, Australia and New Zealand.

According to a released from the company, Iles will "lead the company’s drive to capitalise on the significant growth opportunities in the service provider and enterprise markets."

The release states that Iles was the Australia and New Zealand CEO of leisure industry solutions provider for Centaman Systems. He is also a former general manager of business markets at Vodafone Australia and has held multiple senior management roles at Microsoft Australia.

Iles succeeds Shaun Page who has moved to the United States where he is now Juniper Networks’ global vice president for service provider alliances.
