Former Magnum Mac employee named Christchurch victim

Stephen Robert Wright, who worked for Magnum Mac and had only left the company a few weeks before the earthquake, is also named among those who died in the earthquake. Wright had recently left Magnum Mac and joined Murray Wood working for CTV.

The news came just as Renaissance issued an official statement on the death of board member and Magnum Mac founder Murray Wood, who was in the CTV building when the earthquake.

“It is with deep regret that the board of Renaissance confirms that one of its fellow

directors has been a victim of the Christchurch earthquake. The sympathies of the board and all the company's staff go to Murray's family,” says the statement from Renaissance.
