Symantec has launched its encryption solutions specialisation programme to help increase partner competitiveness and drive revenue, the security company announced this week.
According to a statement released by the company, Symantec partners achieve the specialisation by completing sales and technical accreditation for Symantec’s encryption products, including PGP Encryption and Symantec Endpoint Encryption.
The specialisation offers partners more sales and technical resources, financial incentives, tailored promotions, tools and access to the Symantec Opportunity Registration Programme, designed to help partners accelerate profitability, according to the statement.
Partners who achieve membership in the specialisation will also be able to differentiate themselves with a Specialist Partner logo and designation as an Encryption Solutions Specialist Partner within Symantec’s Partner Locator.
Partners must attain sales and technical accreditations in selling and deploying Symantec encryption solutions to attain the specialisation. The specialisation is now available to Symantec Global Strategic, Platinum, Platinum Corporate Reseller, Gold, Silver or Registered level partners.
