Symantec Corp is offering two new channel resources in Asia Pacific and Japan to help partners generate new business, according to a statement released by the company.
The Symantec Partner Support Centre for Marketing is a help-desk for partners to find all available campaigns, promotions and tools while the Renewals Partner Portal is a one-stop shop for users to manage their renewals sales opportunities.
“Symantec is committed to supporting the business growth of our channel partners through a range of tools and resources which make it simple and easy for them to accelerate their business,” says Craig Scroggie vice president and managing director Pacific region, according to the statement. “[This] reinforces Symantec’s dedication to investing in and promoting the growth of our partners and enabling them to differentiate their business, maximise their revenues and simplify their business processes.”
The Partner Support centre includes proactive partner outreach and is currently available in English, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Malay, Indonesian and Thai languages. The renewals portal lets partners manage their renewal sales and ensure continuity of customers’ licensing requirements, and is currently available in English only.
