Cisco this week announced the winner of its 2011 New Zealand Communications Makeover competition.
Argenta was selected from 125 entries submitted by New Zealand organisations of 20 to 100 employees. Participants submitted ultra-brief, 60-word explanations of how winning a communications makeover from Cisco and co-sponsor Orcon would help grow their business, according to a statement released by the vendor this week.
“We know that video and web conferencing has the potential to improve our internal collaboration and support our business goals for expansion into new markets," says Argenta CEO Doug Cleverly, in the statement. "We look forward to realising the benefits of evolving our existing technology strategy and future-proofing our business for growth.”
The value of the makeover is $100,000.
