WatchGuard has announced two new appointments in sales and marketing for the ANZ region.
Tania Mushtaq joins WatchGuard Technologies as marketing manager and will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, managing partner and alliance marketing, developing creative and media strategy, and working closely with the newly formed regional inside sales team.
Mushtaq has more than 15 years’ experience in marketing and business development across a broad cross section of industries where she was communications manager at Westpac Bank. Prior, she worked for Commonwealth Bank of Australia in the IT space as a communications and change manager.
Adam Russell-Cooper joins WatchGuard Technologies as inside sales executive and is focused on managing WatchGuard’s existing accounts, prospecting new customers and supporting the company’s channel partners.
Russell-Cooper joins WatchGuard Technologies with more than ten years’ experience in sales and customer service. He was previously a lead qualification executive at American Express and has also worked for organisations including Gateway Credit Union, Colt Telecommunications and St George Bank. He also spent five years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in several roles including as home loan sales consultant and a sales and service representative.
