Networking vendor Brocade has set up an office in Sydney from where its Australian and New Zealand operations will now be headed, the company has announced.
The new office, located at Innovation Place, 100 Arthur Street, incorporates a state-of-the-art testing lab where Brocade customers and partners can get hands-on experience with the company’s latest network innovations.
“It has been 12 years since Brocade established an entity in ANZ and since then we’ve established a strong business ecosystem with our partners and customers,” says Graham Schultz, Brocade’s regional director for Australia & New Zealand. “The investment we have made in this new facility is aimed at continuing our market momentum and ensuring that Brocade and its partners play a very full and innovative role in the development of the networked economy in the region.”
As well as its own technical facilities, the new Brocade office is networked to the company’s recently opened Regional Briefing Center in Singapore, enabling local sales staff, customers and partners to get updates on technology roadmaps and see demos of latest Brocade and solutions spanning service provider, enterprise datacenter and campus LAN environments.
