Accounting solutions provider MYOB has hired 18 additional staff in Christchurch to help provide round the clock support for its small business customers in New Zealand and Australia, the company said in an announcement.
The company made a similar expansion in Melbourne, and states that it has updated is website, adding a user community forum.
“Few large local companies in the IT sector offer 24 hour support from local experts," says general manager Julian Smith in the statement. "Modern business involves operating outside the traditional nine to five workday.”
MYOB currently provides real time, multichannel technical support adding to support provided by its 3000 accounting and IT consulting partners throughout New Zealand.
