McAfee Focus'12: McAfee signs on seven partners

Security vendor, McAfee, has signed on seven new partners to the McAfee Security Innovation Alliance (SIA)

Security vendor, McAfee, has signed on seven new partners to the McAfee Security Innovation Alliance (SIA).

Endgame Systems, Evolven, Icon Labs, IdentityX, NIKSUN, Onapsis and Xerox ghave all joined the program.

The announcement was made at its global Focus’12 security conference in Las Vegas.

McAfee SIA is a technology-partnering program, which aims to deliver solutions to maximise the value of existing customer investments while reducing time to problem resolution, and lowering overall operational costs.

In addition, AlgoSec, fixIQ, InfoReliance, and Tomium have been promoted to the technology partner status in the SIA program as a result of their McAfee compatible solutions.

McAfee has also welcomed AlgoSec, Circadence, and WCK to its sales teaming program.

Partners in the sales teaming program complement the McAfee product portfolio and enable the McAfee sales force and channel to drive more complete security solution relationships with enterprise customers.

“The list of emerging security threats continues to grow and effective security is more complex than ever,” McAfee security innovation alliance vice-president, Ed Barry, said.

“McAfee and our SIA partners are addressing these issues together in order to bring the most innovative technologies to our joint customer base and to solve their growing security needs.”
