Distribution Central adds to NZ staff

Two team members join the local staff teams

Distribution Central has appointed Diego Viso and Kate Chernova, two additions to the Auckland office.

Viso is Distribution Centra's new Wellington-based sales engineer. He has 14 years experience in the industry, with expertise in NetApp, VMware and Microsoft.

Chernova joins the Auckland-based team as internal sales representative.

Both new staff members will focus on DC's datacentre and storage vendors: NetApp, Cloupia, Quantum, Syncsort and Varonis.

“Following our recent announcement as exclusive NetApp distributor in New Zealand, we are expanding our team and expertise to ensure we support the entire NetApp channel in New Zealand at the same high standard that we do in Australia and Singapore,” says Nick Verykios, managing director, Distribution Central.

“We’re also still looking to hire another sales engineer based in Auckland to support

our security and data vendors and to further boost our team and channel resources,”

adds Verykios.

The company is also officially launching its Auckland office at the same time as its Christmas celebration on December 7. Partners interested in attending the event will find registration and details available on the company's website.
